Description:
“Nestled along the scenic banks of the Saint John River, our family farm has been growing food and memories for over 240 years. What began as a simple dream has become a living legacy—one rooted deeply in tradition, family, and the land.
Our orchard was first planted shortly after World War 1 by our ancestor, Chesley Bostwick, who envisioned the simple joy of picking fresh fruit straight from his own trees. Today, four generations later, his vision continues to thrive. The same orchard has been carefully tended and harvested by his descendants, preserving both its history and its character.
We take pride in growing a selection of heritage apple varieties, many of which are increasingly rare, offering visitors a unique taste of the past. As one of the province’s earliest U-pick orchards, welcoming families has always been at the heart of what we do.
Our trees are mature, free-standing, and pruned using a distinctive method that gives the orchard its own unmistakable charm. Combined with the sweeping views of the Saint John River, the setting offers a peaceful and picturesque experience that keeps visitors coming back year after year.
In addition to apples, we grow a variety of fall favourites including pumpkins, squash, and gourds. Families can also enjoy simple games for children, making each visit both relaxing and memorable.
As a proudly family-operated farm, we’re grateful to share our orchard, our history, and a small piece of our story with everyone who visits.”
